The first tree was pretty large and quickly became overwelming to maintain.  In an effort to keep things running smoothly all future batches will work a little differently.  First, sorry in advance to the burnerless, but the initial tree structure will only be open to people with burners.  Also, each batch, the size of the tree will be limited to 20 participants.  All parents will have 3 kids.  Ok, now here is the twist.  There are no leaves on this tree structure.   Anyone with no children must make an offer to BP for two seperate people in forum of your choice.  I must be CCd on the email with the original offer.   Don't forget to do this or you will not be allowed to participate in any future batches.  The forum could be rec.music.phish, rec.music.gdead or even a trading mailing list you are a memeber of.  You pick the forum, just copy me on the message.

After a 420 one day I got bored one day and the result was my dancing bear cursors for Win9x/NT/2000.   They are a great replacement for the hourglass.   If you enjoy them drop me an email and let me know.
