Hello and thank you for your interest. My name is Christopher Fowler and I am the owner / operator of CEF Solutions. I have over 15 years experience with Project and Resource development. In the realm of computer application services, I have overseen the production of large scale corporate web services and small scale websites for the local community. I have ten years as an experienced corporate business and operations manager. In addition, I have nine years experience in logistic planning and execution serving as an Officer in the U.S. Army. I have Commanded various military units including the training and development of international troops in efforts to support a burgeoning government. I have continually proven to be an "outside-the-box" thinker who will get it done.
