Friedrich von Schtupp, of Ruritania, wearing his national costume. He visited Arkham on the occasion of the appearance of his Queen in our town in 1913, and was a font of interesting stories about the people he had met in Transylvania. People remarked about his refusal to appear or travel during daylight hours, but marked it up to his being foreign. |

The police file photo of Hubert, Wilfred and William Broomfry on the day they found the bodies. All three were taken into custody at the scene. The three brothers laughed themselves to death in the Arkham Jail that night. The Coroner's Office refused to do an autopsy on the victims of their crime, and the body parts that were found were buried in a sealed casket, at night. |
