Campus Crusade for Cthulhu: IT found ME!
Famous Residents of Arkham

Winona and Juliet Cattlett were mother and daughter.

They lived quietly in a small home, and it was said that Mr. Cattlett had "gone to sea" one day and never came back.

Then the contents of their smokehouse were discovered.

Wendell Grassbite, known as "Grandpa" Grassbite, was placed in a bottle by his family, for their protection, and for the protection of others.

The bottle was lost in 1973, and people are warned in regular newspaper advertisements NOT to open the bottle and let him out, no matter how much he pleads, or what he promises.

The Arkham Troubador

Nellie Bly Watkins, better known as "The Arkham Troubador," sang the unique folk songs of the Miskatonic.

Her rendering of "The Murder of Willie Blankenship" was particularly entertaining, and the epic ballad of the "Trip Up Main Street" moved audiences to tears.

Her banjo technique was unique, due to the existence of a vestigial third hand, seen in the photograph.

She was a bit insistent on silence within its walls, to the point of cutting out the tongues of people who insisted on talking, and nailing the tongues to the wall over her desk.

The custom has continued to the present day.
