Custom Smoker and trailer $8500.00 OBO, am open to interesting trades as well, hit me up, we will see what happens

This was custom designed and built for me by a local fabrication shop, and it has turned out to be an awesome smoker.

It is a 20' trailer with torsion bar axles, a fold down ramp and the whole thing it 1/4" epoxy painted diamond plate, it is a rugged trailer that will stand up to many miles of great times. The smoker is a JedMaster style cooker, however we have gone to six, 5' shelves on the rotisserie, and I have personally cooked 24 packers on it with room to spare. It utilizes a U shaped charcoal basket, and we are seeing 10-12 hour burns out of it. It is a double wall design with multiple air controls, on both inlet and outlet. It also has a custom designed roll out firebox for ease of use.

The trailer also features twin propane tanks for the turkey fryer which works great to start the charcoal chimney. I have a canopy frame for it, but I utilize a tarp for the cover, as it makes towing easier, but a permanent roof could be attached very easily. There is a storage box on the front that is elevated above the bed of the trailer to allow for drain through in the event it gets wet up there. It has electric brakes and new tires all the way around.

I hate to see it go, but I have recently acquired a pellet cooker, and for the types of cooks we are doing now, it is smaller, but I can set it, and go to work. It is pictures in some of the photos, but is not for sale as part of the package.
