How to order Catalogs
We currently offer Tupperware's full-line catalog and monthly specials on our web site.  If you still would like a Tupperware Catalog mailed to you we would be happy to do it. 
We used to send out hundreds of catalogs every month but found that return orders were very few at best.  In order to meet the current demand for mailed catalogs and keeping our consumer costs down we are now using the following method:

  This will ensure that if you do not return an order we are not out the money on the catalog and handling.  Be sure to include the nature of your request and your return address.  This $2 coupon is only usable through Clark and Sarah Lalliss and is not redeemable through any other Tupperware consultant, on any online web sites, or other Tupperware access points.  All orders must be called-in toll free to 1-866-900-9088 or mailed to our above address.  No refunds given on web site orders.

 

How to order Products
Internet:  Start at our home page
http://my.tupperware.com/sarahlalliss and use our exclusive "go shopping" menu at the left side of the page.  Browse through the categories, collections, items, or price ranges and when you find an item you are interested in just put the quantity of that item next to it and add it your cart.  Once you have finished shopping you just click on the shopping cart at the top of the page.  Edit your shopping cart until you are satisfied with the items.  Then click "proceed to check-out" or "check-out" button.  Simply put your billing and shipping address in the appropriate places on the next page that comes-up.  Click Proceed and put your credit card info into the payment area on the next page and then submit it.  Be sure to record your order number.  If you have problems you may contact Tupperware Customer Care at 1-888-TUPWARE for assistance.  If you can not get the order to proceed past the shopping cart please call us toll free at 1-866-900-9088 and we can do your order by phone for you.

How to order Non-warranty Parts
If you are in need of parts that are not covered under warranty please do the following:

*Inspect the part or the item that you need the part for.  There should be some kind of mold number located on it.  This number is very tiny and may require a magnifying glass to look at it.  It will look similar to this example: 1234-12a

*Next email this number and a description of the item needed to salalliss@yahoo.com so that we can see if it is available for purchase and how much it will cost.  Be sure to specify that this is not under warranty.

*Be sure to include your name, address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you back.  Please tell us what time zone you are in and the best time to call you.

*We will inform you of the price and availability of the part as soon as we can.

Warranty Replacement Orders
Tupperware currently requires that all warranty claim items be inspected personally by a Tupperware consultant.  Due to this requirement you will need to either contact a local consultant to have the item(s) inspected for possible warranty replacement or send the item(s) to us for inspection.  Please contanct Tupperware Customer Care at 1-888-TUPWARE to locate someone local in your area or send the item(s) to us at Tupperware Warranty, PO Box 6085, Sun City West, AZ 85376.  We will inspect the item(s) to see if they qualify under Tupperware's warranty replacement program.  If the item(s) qualify for replacement or credit we will notify you by email.  You are responsible for applicable shipping and sales taxes for any replacement orders.  Please include your full name, phone numbers with area code, and where you would like the replacements sent.  Please include a payment of $3 with your warranty item(s) to cover return shipping and handling. Make payment out to Clark Lalliss if sending check or money order.

Please note:  Warranty credit will be given if an item is not available for replacement.  Any credit received can not be used towards shipping and sales tax and any balance left after credit is given towards new products must be paid to use the credit.  Please do not call our personal toll free number for warranty questions.  Thank You!
