Information on Ordering Homebuilder Plans
1. Cost of either homebuilder plans set is US $250.00, which includes Priority Mail shipment in North America. Virginia residents need to add 4.5 percent for sales tax, or $11.25. Normally, CAE can have the plans shipped out by the next business day after the payment is received, provided the completed purchase order is on hand. 2. For Airmail shipment outside of North America, include an additional $20.00. 3. To order a set of homebuilder plans, print out the order form from the link, below, then after completing and signing it, mail to CAE with payment by check or money order, payable in US dollars. CAE can also mail or FAX the order form to you. 4. Purchasers outside North America who wish to make wire payment via Swift bank transfer, should call or send an email to obtain the necessary bank information. Payment by wire requires an additional fee of ca. $15.00 to cover bank clearing charges on this end, in addition to whatever charges purchaser's bank may impose. The order form should be sent via FAX when payment is made via wire transfer. 5. When sending the order form via FAX, should our FAX machine not activate by the fourth ring, wait for the telephone answering machine to turn on. After the recorded message, select "star, nine" [ * 9] on the key pad, which will activate our FAX machine.
