Although Classic Aero Enterprises is not involved in supplying any materials used in construction of the Howland sportplane designs, two major suppliers to the aircraft homebuilding community have recognized the interest in these designs and have arranged for CAE's customers to benefit from the convenience of one stop shopping for the basic raw materials needed to fabricate the H-2 or the H-3. Both Wicks Aircraft Supply (800/221-9425) and Aircraft Spruce and Specialty Co. (800/824-1930) feature the H-2 and H-3 designs in their catalogs and offer customized raw materials packages directly to builders. Builders report that raw materials cost just over $3,100 for the H-2 and somewhat under $2,900 for the H-3, but prices may be more or less than these amounts for a variety of reasons.
