This is another BH&G setup.  I like the way this came out.  I'm sure this one will make it into the magazine.  I call this 'Poppy Path.'

I hope this plant continues to grow and divide.  The color is such a deep blue and it grows in the shade.  It is called blue ginger, but there is no fragrance on this one.

This is a tropical plant that we have growing in the garden.  It gets cut back by the freeze every year, and so far it has come back every time.   It is called calliandra.

I had to get a close-up of the tulips.  The colors are so vivid.

Salvias can last a few years in the garden, but they are tender and most are treated like annuals.   The color on this one is really nice.  The blue flowers come out of a blackish bud.

This is my favorite color for poppies.  Bright red with a dark center.  The pollen almost looks green.

The salvia of all salvias.  Salvia vanhouttii is also called blood-red salvia.  It forms a bush 3 feet around and blooms constantly.

These paperwhites come up every year in the garden.  I like them so much, but I never think to buy more of them.  I'll have to try to remedy that next year!
