I would like to say a special thank you to the
following people.....
- My wife Kelly, who has been my greatest advocate through
this whole ordeal. Her love is worth fighting for.
- My Mother, who has been my inspiration to fight this
disorder after seeing her courage as she fought cancer
for 10 years.
- My Dad for always being there for me, and my Stepmother
for her understanding and kindness as we all go through
this together.
- My Mother-in-law and father-in-law, for all of their
prayers, time, and assistance (and the Iced Cafe
Mocha's!).
To my siblings...
- Sheila (and Kevin, Connor, and Cole), for her hard work
trying to understand this disorder when we had no
diagnosis, and the research and help books.
- Bob (and Deanna), for numerous last second trips to fly
out to be by my side as we struggled to get this disorder
under control.
- Kristy, for always being my little Buddy. Talking with
you has always lifted my spirits.
To my extended family...
- Thanks to all of you for all of the prayers, cards,
letters and videos that have been sent. I am truly
blessed to have a great family that comes together in a
time of crisis.
To my very best friends...
- Dave, Leann, Doug and Kelly, few people are blessed with
great friends like you. I cherish the times we have had
together and look forward to many more.
- Mike and Stephanie, for all of the great advice, caring
and knowledge that has made dealing with this disorder
much easier (and for removing my staples!)
To the people at work...
- Paul, for believing in me and keeping a space for me. You
are a great supervisor and a great friend.
- Jim, for having confidence that I will once again
contribute to the section, and for all of the
accommodations that have allowed my return to work.
- All of the Radio Products Staff, thank you for all of the
kind words, cards and prayers. It truly lifted my spirits
knowing that all of you were behind me.
To my doctors...
- Dr. Darin O., for taking a personal stake in finding what
was wrong with me. Your dedication and hard work in
diagnosing has tempered what could have been a much worse
outcome.
- Dr. Eric P., for your expertise and willingness to listen
to my numerous questions.
- Dr. Kevin O., for understanding my type of personality
and helping me get back to feeling like myself.
