This is the third year that the Tempe YMCA is offering a team to compete in the Arizona Region Girls Club Volleyball 14 and under division.  Our mission is to give Tempe YMCA and other YMCA players an incredible experience to participate and compete at the Jr. Olympic level.  The coaching staff will encourage and teach new skills, as well as the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and good sportsmanship.  Our goal is to help each athlete reach their potential individually and as a team.  The TYgers coaching staff has years of experience playing and coaching, and enjoy and take pride in guiding and developing our young TYger players in a sport they love.

TYgers take First Place in Division 1 - Club #6 Tournament!!
What a fantastic showing of teamwork, play, determination and heart!  The team set a goal and accomplished it - taking first place in the final club tournament before Regionals!!  The girls played hard, worked hard and stayed focused and positive during the tournament!
We appreciate all of our players hardwork and determination! 
 
Thanks to our TYgers for another great job working as scorekeeper, line judges, flippers, libro/sub trackers and R2!  Terrific job!!  We are so proud of each and every one of our girls!  Keep up the hard work and determination!!
