Christmas Guaranteed Delivery
We ship via USPS first class mail. We guarantee to get packages in the mail within 24 hours of receipt, but we cannot guarantee delivery speed once it is out of our hands. You can, however, improve the probability of receiving your items by Christmas by paying for a shipping upgrade. The Post Office recommends using Priority Mail for guaranteed Christmas delivery through Dec 20th, and after that Express mail. Shipping upgrade buttons are below.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders will usually ship the following business day after payment is received. Delays may occur around holidays or weekends, but we will notify you with an approximate shipping date if there's a delay. Other sites may have similar content, but most work on a "made to order" basis, meaning they don't keep their discs in stock, which can take 2-4 weeks or more! We keep everything in stock so you can get your products as fast as the post office will deliver.
Very large orders may cause a slight delay, but we will always communicate that with you immediately.
Orders paid by check or money order will ship once check has cleared.
COMPATIBILITY
We use name brand DVD-R discs.
DVDs are region free and should play in most DVD players around the world including the X-Box and PS2. However, different brands play discs differently and it’s not uncommon for some players to stick or hiccup during playback, even when there are no visible scratches or defects on the disc. This is not necessarily a problem with the disc, so if you do encounter playback problems please first rule out player incompatibility by trying the disc out on as many players as possible to replicate the issue. If after testing it is clearly a problem with the disc and not the player we will be happy to replace it, but please email us first to make arrangements. In general, the heartiest players which should be able to handle the disc with no problem are computer DVD drives, followed by XBOX and Playstations. Ironically, high end, name brand DVD players are not always the most compatible, as we have tested these discs out on many brands and found the generic cheap players (under $30) can be very reliable. If there is a label, please make sure it is sticking well all over the surface, as any irregularities in the label can cause it to be unbalanced during playback.
All shows are in NTSC format unless otherwise noted.
RETURNS
Because of the easily reproducible nature of our products, there are NO refunds, but if you have any problem with any discs please communicate with us and we will more than happily replace the product prompty.
QUALITY RATINGS
Quality ratings is important to us. Use this list for clarification when checking out one of our products.
We use a scale of 1 - 10 for our ratings. The ratings are subjective, and an average, so don't be upset if a few episodes drop below the listed rating quality (some are above). Our goal is to provide the best quality versions of everything we sell, so we are always looking to upgrade our source material if there's a better version available. That said, until these are released commercially this is as good as it gets, so please don't be too critical of the video quality, we all watch these old shows for the nostalgia and can't expect too much more from fan-made sets.
10.0: This is your typical DVD to DVD transfer. (AKA DVDrip) Perfect Quality. Because we are not selling copies of commercial discs, you will not find any shows that are a perfect 10.
9.5: This is basically perfect and crystal clear. No sets would be 100% a 9.5, but we have several that have episodes that are at this level.
9.0: No VHS type look to it. Generally this is something captured directly from a digital source.
8.5: A clearer picture than most, but might still have some very slight VCD/VHS type attributes, but also is very close to be totally clear.
8.0: Source came from a medium level VCD/VHS source which means that it will have the normal slight fuzziness or lines that a VHS tape would have along the bottom or sides of the picture.
7.5: Source came from a low level VCD/VHS source which means that it will have the fuzziness or lines that a older VHS tape would have.
