The majority of homeowners who live in homeowner associations have chosen not to bother with their association and its functions. After all, this forced membership came with the purchase of the house, it was not requested. Participation in functions, such as attending the meetings, do not seem appealing. However, the viable restraints–time, job–that are also used as excuses all become irrelevant when a known ‘abuse’ is dealt to the homeowner by their Bully Board.

Frustrations mount rapidly by any homeowner dealing with Gangster board directors. Few homeowners ever come across to even challenge the board’s actions. All too often, these Gangsters are accustomed to getting their way on about anything they attempt to practice. Homeowners wish to just end the confrontation, whatever it may be, and just live in peace. There is fulfillment in being left alone no matter what the price is. Conceding to gangster board whims is the way out. As it happens, these frequent circumstances build a totalitarian Gangster visibility throughout each community. So what you reap—in these cases, how you conceded—is what you have helped sow.

So what develops is a trade–off by the typical powerless homeowner placing happiness and ‘feeling good’ above all else. Let’s face it, association board officers do not make us pleasant, and are known to be despicable people on a mission of dictatorial power. They get their kicks and fulfillment from such by serving as directors. These people are always self–serving although belching otherwise by stating their violations are justifiable benefits to the whole community at large. This is a big lie, since Gangster board directors deny rights, both God–given and Constitutional. Sound like a Gangster actionable mentality?

History has noted that the Feds cracked down on mobsters and teamsters in the last thirty years only to see this emergence in our neighborhoods. Hence, homeowner association boards with their financial terrorizing and strong–arming have become the entrenched New–Age Gangsters.
