Course Description - Treatment and Meditation: Spiritual Practice for Daily Living

(30 hours) · 10 weeks

This course supports each student in developing a spiritual foundation based on daily meditation and spiritual treatment.  Students will begin to establish a deep center of spiritual realization and peace within.
