I am looking for volunteers to be sysadmins for ICS servers. We have completed  
the task of allowing multiple ICS servers talk to one ratings server and I  
would like to see a number of servers started.

Michael Moore, our esteemed creator, is too busy to run ICS anymore, so the  
lark.utah.edu server is moving to Missouri. I would like to see at least an ICS  
started up on the west coast, as well as one in europe.

Can Anyone Help?
