Good news, especially for those of you in Illinois - There is now a second
Internet Chess Server.  This one is at elof.iit.edu (192.41.245.90), port
5000.  It's connected the same same rating server as parsifal.umkc.edu 5000
is, so the only real difference is that you might get less (or more!) netlag.

I have modified both the input and output functions somewhat, so if you
encounter any strange problems (In particular, if you don't get the full
logon screen), please let me know.  Users of Vax / VMS systems should be
able to use this server with no problems, due to these changes, and I've
sent a copy of them to Richard Nash so that he can update the distribution.
Again, if you have any problems of this nature, please let me know.
