After a somewhat bumpy start, the ICS at elof.iit.edu has finally been
debugged to the point that it is quite stable.  The working code has
been sent to Richard Nash for distribution.  If you tried elf before,
but found it unusable due to frequent crashes, give it another try -
It hasn't crashed yet, since the bugs were fixed several days ago.

Here is a list of all ICS's that I am aware of, and their locations.

elof.iit.edu (192.41.245.90)     5000           Illinois
parsifal.umkc.edu (134.193.1.3)  5000           Missouri
eve.assumption.edu (192.80.61.5) 5000           (Unknown)

  This is the only server on the East coast - in Worcester, Mass. From Boston,
  it's MUCH faster than the other servers, and I imagine it should be the
  preferred server for anyone in the East coast and Europe. Some on the
  people I've played from the West coast said the response was better on this
  server than on the older ones!
