A general question, directed loosely toward Michael Moore and the rest of the
ICS crew:

  Will the source code for the ICS program be distributed ever?  I'm highly
curious as to the exact architecture.  I want to tinker.  Lemme know please.

        Richard Nash handles the keeping of the code.  I don't think
there is any objection to making the source publically available but
I could be wrong.  Perhaps he cannot find an ftp site?  

        Anyway, he's the guy to talk to.  Also the ICS administrators
of course have the code, so maybe they would be willing to give you
the source...
