The ICS is currently running on manon.mse.cs.cmu.edu aka 128.2.203.12,
port 5000.

The player record files there are not up to date, and games played
there will not effect your rating when the other server comes back up.
This is a temporary arrangement until one of the other servers comes
back up.  I don't know what's happening with the other servers.
