I do not beleive their cause is relavent to ICS (unless you are attacking CAPIATALISM in general.) If some person wanted to do something parallel to FSF, for example, write their own code for a chess server, and give it away, then that would be their choice. However, we can not point at the organizers of FSF, illustrate what they are doing; and, demand that others do the same. The makers of GNU, as far as I know, are not **demanding** that the makers of UNIX give their source codes away. Rather, they are programming a compatible version, and giving it away. They do not work for profit, rather, they ask for donations of money, machines and man hours. Now the makers of ICS are bestowing on us another kind of charity, and it is a **gift**. They have written a server and allow us to use it "at no cost". People are now **demanding** that they give away their code, "like FSF". Well, they're not "FSF" and do not necessarily follow the ideals of FSF. But they're not monsters either. After all they ****GAVE**** (strong emphasis on -gave-) us ICS. Be thankfull for the few things that you do get! (Besides its THANKSGIVING, at least here in Canada.) VERY THANKFULL INDEED, I HUMBLY BOW THE THE ICS. (Id probably date more girls if I wasn't playing so much chess!) Reply to: (Alias "Guard") Garvin Domonique Nunes EMAIL: a8717...@mcmail.cis.mcmaster.ca PS.
