Hi folks...

there is a new ICS server available for anyone to use at:

lux.latrobe.edu.au (131.172.4.3)
port 5000

ie telnet 131.172.4.3 5000

this site is very new and we are in test mode still so it may go up and down a
bit.  (there may also be some loss of connectivity due to national hub downtimes
for the next few days/weeks)

there is a connection limit of 50 connections for the time being...  but this
may change depending on load...

if you are an ICS player and feel like using a local site (less lag) or the other
sites are down/unavailable, or you just wanna chat to some weirdo Aussies then
give it a go...
