KIDDIE LAND

There was fun for all ages at Crescent Park. Even the little tykes had
there own set of attractions. Kiddie Land blossomed in the 1960's with
rides like the Police Cars (my favorite), boats, mini-carousel, flying
saucers and many others.

The family would come down on Saturday or Sunday and the teenagers would
bolt off to the large rides or the arcade, while Mom or Dad stayed with
the little ones in Kiddie Land. Later on the family would meet for a
shore dinner across the street. Remember those grand old days of summer?

Check out those vintage 1950s and 1960s cars in the parking lot (below).
I bet you'd like to have one of those 1953 Skylarks, today!
