THE WHIP

The whip was one of the old reliable rides that you could always
count on to give you a feeling of being "whipped up".  A lot of 
young men tried to get their special lady onto the whip.  The
centrifical force of those lightning quick turns would throw the
young lady right into the arms of her scheming suitor.



The first time rider would begin the slow trip down the straignt-
a-way and think to himself, "This ride is boring"...then...BAM!...
He'd hit the corner and get whipped around like a sack of potatoes.
