Prairie Cats present  Carole Ring with first annual "Cat’s Meow" Award.

Carole "Swing" Ring

Jeff Koterba and the "Cats" completely surprised me at the Dec. show at the Music Box. I was presented with their first "CAT’S MEOW AWARD" for "DEDICATION TO AND SUPPORT OF SWING AND ALL THAT IT IMPLIES". I would like to thank them for the honor not only on my own behalf but for the great bunch of active members of N2 Swing who have faithfully supported swing music and dancing the last three years. These talented dancers have made Swing a way of life. For the most part they are an 18 to late 30's crowd, don’t smoke, drink mostly soft drinks, and a surprising number are active in their churches. They are made up of school teachers, young entrepreneurs, military (Offutt Air Force Base), and professionals in the fields of business, medicine, sales and students. There are even several "not so over the hills" that just love the music and the jazzy dance and love being with these youthful, energetic members of N2Swing and sharing their enthusiasm for swing music and Dance. Thanks again Jeff and the "Cats". Carole "Swing' Ring
