COMPLETED

That's it!  My "Ultimate Field Box" is completed.  I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it is everything I dreamed about.
It has fulfilled all of my goals...
It fuels/defuels  my planes.
It starts my planes.
It charges my eflight and other battery packs as well as my nicad glow starter.
It keeps those battery packs cool while charging.
It provides power for my power inverter.
It easily carries all of my tools and flight support equipment.
Now I only carry three things to the field.  My field box, transmitter box, and aircraft carrying rack.  It only takes a minute to load and unload.

THE DETAILS and FINAL THOUGHTS

The thumbnails below detail the final product.  This Home Depot Husky rolling toolbox really lent itself well into the conversion of the "Ultimate Flight Box".  With it's sturdy metal construction, three separable compartments, and square corners and sides, it was easy to work with and should last a life time.
It's wide stance and weight at the bottom make it very stable while traveling.  It has all of the room I'll ever need (I hope ;-).
If Billy's is the "Flight Box from Hell", I guess I would have to call mine the "Flight Box from Heaven!".

I turned the cord holder into a convenient propeller holder.  Look to the right of the upper props to see the fuel dots

My Sukhoi is held securely in the cradle.  In the next pix, you can see the cradle is tall enough to allow the box to open.
