Introduction To Yoga
Yoga releaves stress and nurtures change and creativity. This class is for beginners and those who have practiced yoga in the past. Start where you are. Enjoy increasing strength, flexibilty and body awareness through breath, movement and relaxation. Yoga really is for everybody.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a series of specifically placed movements linked by breath awakening consciousness. This vigorous yoga practice, accompanied by meditative music, is both serious and playful. Listen. Feel. Let your breath flow gracefully through a full dynamic range of stretching and strengthening asanas. Elements of core Pilates are incorporated. Move joyfully, mindfully, at your own pace, uniting body~mind~spirit. End with a restorative relaxation.

Mellow Vinyasa Yoga
Culivating awareness, Mellow Vinyasa is a slower dynamic style of yoga, which allows time for a stronger focus on fundamentals and alignment. This class is appropriate for both beginners and ongoing students.

Age Less Gentle Yoga
Meditative breathing exercises relax, energize and support strength, flexibility, and balance. In addition, this relaxed class will help improve joint mobility. Increase inner and outer balance, calmly. Adapt this practice to your ability and needs. Move at your own pace. Sit, stand, use a chair, mat, or the wall. Every body welcome to this restorative healing process.

Yoga for Health Issues
Many people find yoga to be beneficial in the treatment of chronic pain, anxiety and depression. Ms. Sickul has sucessfully worked with these conditions as well as weight loss & maintenance, asthma, arthritis, Lyme disease, Parkinson's, and the pressures that accompany pre & post-surgery.
She has created yoga programs for in-treatment cancer patients & survivors and has worked in rehabilitation hospitals with individuals living with chronic pain. Let her create a program for you.
