IF I COULD PLAY MY LOVE SONG

Love is a song that burns inside of me,
If I could I’d play and set it free.
It would stop you and make you listen,
My words would make your heart glisten.
The notes would dance and tickle your heart,
And that’s when you hear the music start.
You’d see the notes dancing in my eyes,
Knowing from me is where the music flies.
If I could play and set them free,
All the love songs inside of me,
I’d know they’d play forever long,
And watch the love grow forever strong.
