Two Teardrops

She cries for the one she loves,
Or whom she thinks she loves,
The other is for herself,
And the confusion she feels inside.

Caught between love and wanting to be loved,
And caught between the thought of a father and his child.
Whose heart will be the one to break first?
Who is willing to break whose first?

Two teardrops caught in the middle,
One’s holding on and the other ones losing.
Only time will tell which one is rolling away.
And which one plans to stay.

Though neither will be easy,
As one will be losing a love, and a father.
And the other is losing oneself.
As two teardrops are caught in the middle………..
