We concentrate our efforts on employment lawsuits and we represent the employee.  Although Louisiana's laws are often unhelpful to employees, there are federal and other state laws that can help employees.  Were you fired without cause?  There may be help available.  Call me.

We are a newer firm that offers quality service at affordable prices.  Consultations are free to determine if you need an attorney, or if some other solution, such as small claims court, is more appropriate.

Attorney Paul Bell earned a J.D. from Loyola University College of Law and a Ph.D. from University of Maryland.  Bell was a tenured professor in soil fertility and plant nutrition at Louisiana State University before his law career.

Bell donates his time to the Baton Rouge Bar Foundation Pro Bono Project.  He is the treasurer of the State Conference of the AAUP (American Association of University Professors) and a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana and U.S. bar associations.

Bell received $600 to participate in the 2008 National Conference of the National Employment Lawyers Association held in Atlanta.

Bell Law Firm is an insured limited liability company.
