"Spots and Nots" started out as a small group of RockySpot Dalmatian Rescue volunteers in Oklahoma City area who wanted to sometimes rescue other abandoned and abused dogs and help others place their cats and dogs.
One RockySpot volunteer has rescued and placed several German Shepherds and border collies. Another has done the same with Rotties and other large breeds. RockySpot has actively let other individuals bring rescued animals to their adoptions and offered advise on how to place them. These are now the animals of Spots and Nots.
