These songs were written for a wonderful singer that Damien had seen perform at the Zeitgeist Theater in New Orleans. That collaborative project never went beyond a few recordings so DY has agreed to let us share his home demos of these songs. They are more in the vein of Jacques Brel or Scott Walker.
