Since the 50’s the Industrial Giants of the United States have made trillions of dollars building horrific weapons. In secret government labs and high security factories they have consumed vast portions of the income of the people of the United States in the name of defense. It seems that having the working people of the country taxed heavily for its defense, while those who provide the weaponry are allowed to make huge profits, is quite proper. This even though they who profit enjoy the same benefits as those who are forced to pay for them.

In league with corrupt and unwise politicians and in the name of profits, the Military-Industrial Complex (that Dwight Eisenhower had warned us about) flourished. A vast arsenal of nuclear weapons with the potential to destroy the planet many times over was built both in the United States and in the Soviet Union.

A few years ago, as the economy of the Soviet Union declined steeply, the powers that be declared the “Cold War” to be over. However, the weapons research, development and production continues even today, and the weapons of mass destruction are far more deadly than anyone imagined back in the 50s. Multiple warhead ballistic missiles are now in the arsenals of a number of world powers, large and small. We know that both Russia and China have intercontinental ballistic missiles targeted at the United States.

Research and development of diabolical biological weapons was also a part of the overall arms race. As this “science” progressed, genetic research provided a means by which “warrior” bacteria and viruses have been created. It is becoming ever more obvious to we who are capable of logical thought progression analysis, that this weapon is now the most dangerous and powerful.

Today, even a relatively poor, non-nuclear country or a single individual might have access to such a terrible weapon, and use it. A small vial of highly contagious and fatal virus serum can easily be delivered and released upon the population anywhere in the world. This is simply a fact.

Could it be that those, who have created and been so enriched by producing these devices capable of destroying entire continents if not the planet itself, are now in denial? If the “Cold War” is over, what do we call this new, improved and even more deadly phenomenon that is rapidly spreading over the globe?

Since Mr. Guillotine’s device was only able to kill one person at a time, only he lost his head when his own invention was applied to him. Such will not be the case when high yield nuclear warheads and genetically engineered biological weapons are deployed.
