Besson 10-10 with custom lightweight slide
This is one of the few pro model trombones from Besson.  This is a .525” bore horn.  The original slide was a little too heavy for me so I custom fitted a Conn outer slide to it.  It is an amazing horn.  It has a very thin bell that is very lively.  I use a Christian Lindberg Resistance Enhancer to tame it.  It is nimble and sounds great from the pedal tones to the extreme register.  Kind of like a larger version of the Jiggs 2B.  It has become my main “jazz” horn.

Straight King 5B with a Conn .525” bore slide
This is a one of a kind horn.  The F attachment has been removed and the slide receiver changed to accept Conn Slides.  I’ve been playing this horn for several years and is still my favorite trombone for 3rd chair in a big band.  I also use it for playing brass quartet work where an F attachment is not required.

Yamaha 356R
This is a dual bore .500/.530” bore trombone with an F attachment and a rose brass bell.  This kind of replaces the Kanstul 760 that I recently sold.  I really liked the Kanstul but found that I wasn’t playing it much.  I would highly recommend the Kanstul but the Yamaha suits my needs for a smaller horn with an F attachment.  The Yamaha is a great playing horn with a beautiful tone.

Blessing B88
I’ve owned Conn 88H’s but for some reason I like the way the Blessing B88 plays.  I don’t really use it much but when I need a .547” bore with an F attachment this is what I use.  Plus, I can use this slide on the King 5B.
