Project Management

SAFETY FIRST!
Safety First! has been developed to provide a team approach to home safety. Safety First! is a collaborative program in which we work closely with Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Home Care Agencies, and other health care professionals to improve home safety. When a patient is admitted to home health or is being discharged from a health care facility, EmLiv works closely with our partners to ensure a prompt in-home assessment. We will provide a free* evaluation and estimate for safety solutions as well. We can also deliver the required products and coordinate services to establish the safest possible living environment.
