House unit and module configurations

X-10 Unit List = A complete listing of X-10 units and house codes. This list provides a detailed reference to all X-10 installations installations by room and house actual location.

X-10 = Installation of some of the X-10 control units used through out the house and which are operated through the Ocelot Home controller.

FUP-1 = Field processing unit is the Ocelot home control unit. this unit is housed in a rain bird housing unit and is located in my study next to my compute console cabinet unit.

FUP-2 = This is the first installation of my house control system, the Secu16 ADI module unit has 8 inputs and 8 relay outputs. Primary functions of this unit is to control the two garage doors and alarm systems. Garage doors are fully automatic with mode selector switch providing selectable modes of operations, Automatic, Simi Automatic, and Manual depending on activities around the garage. Key panel alarm interface unit is also part of this installation providing away or home activations with associated logic. Outputs of the alarm system comprise of high db outside horn, activated phone dialer for away triggering, voice message of police notifications. All doors and 5 motion  detectors are trigger inputs for alarm system and hardwired into ADI modules.

FUP-3 = Secu 16 ADI module with door and motion inputs, outputs are dedicated to the 5 house amplified ceiling mounted speakers routed from the Speak Easy ADI module. This provides the ability to activate specific speakers for specific notifications. Output also triggers the automatic phone dialer to relay intrusion alerts.

FUP-4 = ADI Relay 8 module which controls the sprinkler system. Will also provide control of the future fish pond. A cooling fan is mounted in this unit to provide cooling depending on outside conditions.

FUP-5 = Speak Easy ADI module which communicates over 40 separate quality messages through five different amplified ceiling mounted speakers depending on logic program. Messages range from alarms, time of day, special events, open doors, wake-up, and such; also communicates happy birthday to my four year old little girl.

FUP-6 = This panel is a wiring panel and power supply to the house speaker system. Also house input to rain switch ect.

FUP-7 = V572-A all house RF transceiver. The panel I purchased separate at Lowe's. This unit is programmed to receive only the RF signals which are programmed, this eliminates many issues in X-10 RF. Each major room of the house has a RF transmitter for various control of lights, fans, and related X-10 units. The one unit is proven for my house of 3,500 ft square and more than 100 feet in length.

FUP-8 = Secu 16I ADI module with 16 inputs. This unit houses my vehicle signal inputs which opens the garage doors or door when either my or my wife's car approaches the house. In contrast it opens the door when the cars are started in the garage. The transmitter is fashioned from a cell phone charger case and merely plugs into a spare 12 volt outlet. This unit transmits when ever the car is running. Logic is formulated to provide proper control of the cars and provide proper announcements of vocal arrivals. Tied into the driveway sensor units, logic can be formulated to provide any number of actions based on various inputs. Also tied to this unit are inputs from both doorbells and telephones. Voice announcement is provide for each activation depending on programming.

FUP-9 =  CARTELL CT-2B/G Vehicle Detectors, two units mounted in custom housing providing signal outputs for cars entering front or back of house, also voids signal from cars leaving.
