TUITION AND HOURS OF CARE:

Tuition rates are for normal daycare services. If your child has more needs price's will need to be adjusted.

My services will be available Monday through Friday from 6:00am 6:00pm.

You can arrange earlier drop of times or pick up times.

Discuss needs for care outside these times and I will try to accommodate reasonable requests at a possible additional fee.

2007 TUITION RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Subject to difference’s on individual care of each child

Effective January 1st 2007 ,  contract renewal time or any new client from October 15, 2006

I will have tuition rate increase of $10.00 more per week for full time , part time care and school age care.

You will receive your  2007 Parent Handbook by January 1, 2007 . Will have listed my 2007 vacation days.

Effective prices are noted dbelow.

Fulltime:  40-45 Hours a week

Infants (birth to 18 months) $110 per week

Toddlers and Preschoolers $90 per week

Yearly supply/enrollment fee $25/year for full time care, due on enrollment date with also deposit as in contract.

After-school care: (ages 5 and up) $35 per week 15 or fewer hour’s week

$10/year yearly supply fee/enrolment  for after school care only, due on enrollment date with also deposit as in contract

School age children who are out of school for closing etc I will charge $ 2.00 per hour NOT to exceed current charge for full time care­­­ $90.00   per week.

Before and after school care: (ages 5 and up) $60 per week25 or fewer hour’s week

Yearly supply enrolment fee $15/year for before & after school care, due on enrollment date with also deposit as in contract.

 School age children who are out of school for closing etc I will charge $2.00 per hour NOT to exceed current charge for full time care­­­ $90.00  per week.

Part time: 25 or fewer hour’s week

All Ages $60.00  per week

Yearly supplies fee $15/year, due on enrollment date with also deposit as in contract.

Occasional:

Emergency care (ages 5 and up)  $3 per hour or $25 per full day.  ( Not to exceed 9 hours )

Emergency care (ages 3-4) $3.50 an hour or $ 28 per full day  ( Not to exceed 9 hours )

Emergency care ( 2 years old or younger ) $4.00 an hour $32.00 ( Not to exceed 9 hours )

No supply fee for occasional/ emergency care.

I do have brief contract for short term care that need’s to be filled out prior to me caring for your child (ren).

 A  late fee of $1 per minute you will be billed if you are late past the normal pick up time.

 (This will be filled in the contract.)  It will be added to the weekly tuition charge, Un less prior arrangements have been made in advance. I realize job pressures, traffic, and weather conditions occasionally affect your ability to arrive on time. However, since a habit of arriving late does affect my family life, I will need to charge late a fee if I feel a pattern of late arrival develops. Please feel free to discuss arrival and drop-off times with me if your needs vary, such as when you or your spouse need to travel for business.

I will attempt to be flexible to meet your needs for occasional early arrival and late pick-up times, but these will need to be exceptions rather than a general rule so as not to unduly impact my own family.

Late fee of $5.00 per day will be charged for late tuition payments.

If you are an SRS contracted client you are responsible for any fees that are not covered by SRS.

When you give me 2 weeks notice I will credit your deposit to the last weeks tuition. If you don’t give me 2 weeks notice on termination of my daycare services. I will keep your deposit and you will be responsible for any tuition for the last 2 weeks of daycare tuition. Even if you choose not to have your child (ren) attend the last 2 weeks. As is our daycare contract for my daycare services. Enrollment/Supply Fees are no refundable.
