Dear Mr. Trainor,

Thank you very much for speaking with me Tuesday. You requested that
I put my suggestions in writing to both you and Lisa Crawford, so here
it is.

I would like to see Mr. Palmieri release the available funds and
assets to victims for an interim payment as soon as possible. CJ has to
take the first step in relieving the suffering that is happening to people
as we speak. CJ has to display some compassion to these innocent
victims now!

I'm not talking about skipping a vacation to the Bahamas this year.
Many of us can not pay our doctors, buy our prescriptions, pay our
mortgages/rent, or pay off our creditors. After our retirement funds
were taken, we have nothing left. It is in Mr. Palmieri's power to
immediately help his clients and to start progressive negotiations
about his and our futures.

Many of us feel that our sentence will be that of "serving life" in
poverty and are blaming your client for not helping to resolve the
situation. He has the power to help us and himself. Only CJ can
stop this train of destruction before it completely ruins our lives and
his. CJ must cooperate with the authorities to end this thing as
gracefully as possible. He might not realize it, but HE has more power
concerning his punishment, than anyone else in the world. If Mr. Palmieri
wishes to receive any respect and compassion, he must first, give respect
and compassion to his victims.

CJ must put away the anger and pride and just work on a solution.
Rebuilding ALL of our lives should be the most important issue at
this time. To do otherwise will be a disaster for us all.
