Lost nest egg, by Sorrowful

My husband Tony and I invested everything we had in the Viaticals, we
did our homework, checked them out with BBB etc. etc. We tried to protect
our assets with something safe.

I have every record etc., sent to me regarding this investment and since
it has been two years tomorrow 9/26/00, we decided to just forget the
interest and to withdraw our funds. I am sure you can imagine our feelings when
the only person I could get in contact with was Jim McNeil ( who gave me
your Website address) and explained briefly the situation.

I have read some of the letters and will do everything we can to make
certain these crooks are brought to justice. We live in Arizona and am
not quite sure what is going on here, but I did contact the AZ Corp.
commission.

I am going to keep at this until something happens, since this is my
first encounter I need some advice, what is my next step to make sure that we
are included in the lawsuits etc. Is there anything we can do at all, I am
not good at sitting and waiting.

We are both retired in our 60's and were counting on this next egg to
see us through. My husband is a retired policeman, serving 28 years and to
think that crooks like this are getting by is just a travesty of justice.
