This letter is in response to CJ Palmieri's letter to us. Our Apologies for hand writing, we are
on vacation in a small town in Arizona and have no access to a typewriter.

I, Andrew am 75 years old and 80 percent of our investment was my IRA Funds. At this
time of our lives we are interested to get our money back!

We don't know what legal procedures are necessary, but our proposal is to get our share of
the recovered funds by the Receiver as soon as possible.

After this let Mr. Palmieri present his plans how he intends to pay back the rest of our
money. If and when we get our money, all charges can be dismissed against him.

We hope the state of California will agree. This could be a way to get our money back.
