Dave
I don't have much of a story and you can't publish it in the language I
would like to use. Here goes anyway.

Back in the spring of 2000 I sold a rental property and was at a loss as
to where to invest the proceeds. As the stock market was not doing well,
I decided to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, I saw an ad in the Arizona
Republic placed by Innovative Financial Services Inc. This ad was
touting 14% returns on very low risk investments. I checked out IFS Inc.
through the Az, Better Business Bureau, the Az. Corporation Commission
and the Az. Department of Insurance. All gave IFS Inc a clean bill of
health.
I arranged a meeting with Bob Jr. and proceeded to invest
$50,000 with the promise to receive $57,000 back in approximately 12 to
14 months. The investment was in a Viatical settlement and the payment
date would be determined by the death of the Viator.

After approximately 15 months I started inquiring about the status of the
viator (Y. Clement). Both Bob Sr. and CJ gave me stories of "
Rapidly Deteriorating Health", "Home Care" and " In Hospice". These were
now obviously "Run-Arounds". I Tried to get information on Y. Clements
insurance policy but was unsuccessful. I now believe that there never
was a policy purchased from a Y. Clement.

You all know the rest of the story. I'm sitting here out $50,000 while a
couple of "Sleazeballs" named CJ & Bob are living the good
life while they continue to screw people out of their life savings.

Regards,
