Sleepless in Arizona
Hi! I never dreamt that anything like this would ever happen to me! As like everyone else’s stories I’ve read, this investment sounded safe and having the feeling I’m helping someone in their final days, felt good. Having 3 great losses in my life at a young age I thought that is was my way of returning to someone else the grief of estate problems like I had. Helping someone getting things in order to help eliminate financial burden to the left behind love ones seemed wonderful not to mention the great rate of return for my money. As a newly divorced single mother this great high annual return amount along with my small income could help me build my new future life. The first year went great; I got my 14 % return and got it within 11 months! So WHY NOT invest it again!
During that first year I worked very hard establishing my own credit, and showing both incomes it worked. Well unfortunately didn’t last very long. After NOT receiving my second year of interest, I had to borrow from friends and family to keep going. Well after 15 months had gone by AND several attempts and conversations with CJ things only went down hill from there. When speaking with CJ, it was promises after promises. Then one day enough was enough and my son was about to lose his car because he had financed it to help me but I couldn’t make the payments, so we drove to San Diego to face CJ …face to face! Well from early in the morning on a Friday we sat in his office till it was time for closing. We only left to go have lunch. During our visit, the secretary had tried several attempts to reach CJ.
When she told him I was there waiting for him, he made no attempt to come into his office at all. My son and I left in such despair…realizing something very wrongful was going on and we had to investigate it ourselves. Making a few phones calls left a lot of unanswered questions. Then to my surprise on the drive home my cell phone rang and it was Mr. Pokorny (CJ’s attorney) explaining to me how within a very short time I will have my money. Things had gotten complicated with the insurance companies and CJ hired him to help get answers. Oh and he’d call me back…..ha! Never heard from him again! Then just 3 weeks later the big crash came down at CJ’s office.
Well this has caused so much pain and suffering. My credit went bad! I even got evicted from my lovely rented house that I worked so hard to get!
The one great thing that came out of this is my new husband, without him I’m sure I’d be in a nut house by now. I still can’t sleep at night but at least I have him next to me in my arms. CJ has hurt so many people I’m glad to hear he’s in jail where he belongs! I pray everyday for all of us to get our money returned.
