Descendants of German Brittingham
The Brittingham family has resided in southern Indiana for at least 170 years. I haven't yet traced the family back farther than German Brittingham. I am curious to know where the family originally came from. Brittingham sounds so "British", but it could as well be Irish or Scotch I suppose. Many (most?) of the names on this tree came from Vicki Kohr, who has her own web site, Brittingham Links. Finding Vicki's web site was what finally inspired me to try my hand at making my own web site. I may not have her sense of style, but I do have access to her list of names! Vicki presents a lot of information that I decided not to duplicate, so I encourage you to visit her site if you'd like to know more about the Brittingham family.
