Q: Why should I buy from Creative Lighting Concepts.com (or Glow Pros)?

A: Because we actually enjoy selling the coolest color-changing lighting products around, and pride ourselves in having great selection and customer service to boot!

Q: How can I order without paying via credit card on the internet or website?

A: You may send money orders or personal checks (checks must clear your financial institution before we send your order) to our address of:        Creative Lighting Concepts,   P.O. Box 390784,  Omaha, NE 68139-0784. Please e-mail or call us to notify us of you sending an order thru the mail when doing so.

Q: Why in the world do I care if I buy something that uses LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes)?    

A: Simple, they are relatively inexpensive to both buy and operate, they are bright, and can easily last for years and years! (FYI - LEDs are known to be able to last up to over 10 years even if left on for 24 hours a day that entire time.)

Q: How are your orders shipped?

A: In most cases, we send our products to our customers via US Priority Mail, which normally takes approx. 2-3 business days to arrive after being sent from us. Sometimes, we may send items First Class. Orders placed on a weekend typically are sent on Monday, and orders placed during the week are most often sent the same day or next day, assuming the product(s) ordered are in stock.

Q: Can I order from another country and have the item(s) sent to me here?

A: Yes - In MOST cases, we can ship internationally, however, please understand the POSTAGE CALCULATED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE IS FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS ONLY! International orders will ALWAYS incur additional shipping charges, and you must e-mail us to find out an estimate of these charges when ordering. We cannot ship your order until you have paid the shipping costs in full.

Q: What is your return/exhange policy?

A: We will exchange defective product for you as long as we're contacted by you (the buyer) within 14 days. It must be returned within 30 days to receive exchange. Opened products that are not defective are not returnable.  Unopened merchandise can be returned within 14 days, except for "Specials" and "Closeout" priced items - these are Final Sale.

Q: Who are you?

A: Literally, we just like lights! If it lights up and changes colors, we like to goof around with it. We want you to have fun with the stuff we sell, and enjoy it for a long time. No leather chairs in our office, and no fancy shmancy luxury sedans in the driveway. We're a small, growing business hoping to only become better at what we do. Our goal is to offer even more products and grow further with possibly a retail channel in the future. Investor opportunities available to those interested in helping us achieve these goals.
