Early Eddie Murico got this shot of Punta Cabeza de Pato (Duck's Head Point) when sunrise was peaking.

Here's the full Isla view.

I saw it, but was too lazy to actually get up. The day was calm enough to go out to the islands again. Ekke and Diane wanted to do some eco-touring, so reknown tour guide Deano took them out. Ekke was up to trying fishing. He caught several, including some bass and a barracuda. On the rockpile, Mike caught a Goldspotted Bass.

On the way back past Punta Piedra Volcanica, we slipped back into the channel leading to the North Point Lagoon. Numerous Magnificent Frigatebirds were in attendance as we slowly crept through the channel. The tide was still too low to actually get back into the lagoon though.

Back at our camp, our resident Loggerhead Shrikes had raised their family. This one perched on Loncho's shack.

The last day got a little lumpy again. The sea was lumpy enough that I didn't feel like going out, but that didn't stop Jarad and Mike from bouncing numerous bass on the hump off our camp. This spot is really one of the best and most dependable bass spots in the area. The next day, we headed home.
