The first day we were able to launch was Friday. The bad news is that the tides were all screwed up and we had to run the hump with Bruce's wheels. We got `em in though and went down south to see if the Corvina were in. Eddie had some hits from shore at Roger's Bay that morning. We caught little but slimy snakes (Mexican Barracuda) south of Punta Bufeo, so we returned to the reefs off our campos. The fish were still pretty hungry after the blow had likely suppressed fishing. We caught about a dozen bass worth keeping and cleaning. I also caught a Spinster Wrasse and Louis and I each caught a juvenile White Seabass, about 14" long. We returned them, naturally. Hope they come back when they get to be larger. Their vertical stripes were really apparent at this young age. I forwent a picture, opting to return them home to the sea quickly.
The fish chefs posed prior to starting the feast.

Their customers anxiously gobbled the fruits of their labors.

Louis took care of the spoils.

Louis and Annie posed after dinner.

Later that evening, we adjourned to Ed and Donna's camp for a fire in the new fire pit.

Louis kept the fire well stoked with drift wood and scavenged junk lumber.
