Angel Food Pineapple Cake

1 box Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake mix; buy the mix that uses water only

1, 20 oz can Dole crushed pineapple in own juice

Combine mix with pineapple, juice and all.  Mix gently with wire wisk.  Let sit for about 5 minutes.  Put into a 9x13" pan sprayed with Pam.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Let cool and cut into 12 equal squares.  Serve with strawberries, blueberries, etc..and fat free cool whip.

Cake alone is 12 servings @ 3 points each
