Asian Chicken Wraps

1 tsp canola oil

2 cups broccoli slaw

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1, 9oz, package frozen cooked diced chicken

1/2 cup fat free chicken broth

1/2 tsp garlic-pepper seasoning

1 TBS soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

4 (6") flour tortillas   (2 points each)

 

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.  Add broccoli slaw, mushrooms, and cook 3-4 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring occasionally.  Add chicken, broth and garlic-pepper to skillet.  Cover and cook over medium heat 3 minute or until thoroughly heated.  Combine soy sauce and cornstarch, stirring until smooth.  Add to skillet; cook, stirring constantly 1 minute or until slightly thickened.  Spoon 1/4 chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.  Roll up tortilla and serve!
