Baked Chicken with Lemon

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced or one can, drained

4, 8 oz Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 tsp. onion salt

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

 

Place mushrooms in a baking dish and place chicken on top of them.  Pour lemon juice over chicken and sprinkle with spices.  Cover and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.  Serve with juice over rice if desired. (extra points)
