Blueberry Pancakes

1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix

2/3 cup fat-free or skim milk

2 tbsp. egg beaters

¾ cup blueberries

 

Stir ingredients except blueberries until blended. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour by slightly less than ¼ cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden. Makes 8 pancakes.

 

2 servings (4 pancakes) @ 6-Points per serving (3/4-Point per pancake)
