Chicken Reuben
Bake
4 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts (4 oz each cooked)
1 can
sauerkraut, 14oz drained
4-5 slices Swiss
cheese (1 oz each)
1 1/2 cup
2 TBS chopped fresh
parsley
Place chicken in slow
cooker sprayed with Pam. Layer sauerkraut over chicken.
Place cheese over sauerkraut. Top with salad dressing and sprinkle with
parsley. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
